The Vikings were on a bye in Week 5 following their first win of the season in London. Minnesota is going to need a big showing from Adrian Peterson on Sunday to beat the Panthers. Either Matt Cassel or Christian Ponder will start in Week 6 but their status for Sunday remains uncertain.
