Ravens vs. Steelers 2013 picks and predictions: Pittsburgh favored at home
The Steelers are favored to win the first of two games against the Ravens at Heinz Field on Sunday.

One of the all-time great NFL rivalries is also one of the harder to predict. Between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers, home field advantage hasn’t meant a whole lot, with the Steelers going 6-4 against the Ravens at Heinz Field in their last 10 contests. Things might be different if the Steelers hadn’t won their first game against the Jets, but the Ravens have been a bit hard to predict this year.
Most of the folks at ESPN believe in the mud at Heinz Field, and give the Steelers an 11-1 edge over the Ravens, although the fans taking part in the Pick ‘Em game chose the Ravens. Over at CBS Sports, the Ravens garnered a couple of votes as well, but still fell short as the Steelers are favored, 6-2.
SB Nation goes along with the two-vote policy, split as close down the middle as a five person panel can get, but the Steelers edged out the vote, 3-2. The odds makers are just as undecided. The Ravens opened as a one-point favorite, but that has now shifted to the Steelers, according to Oddsshark.com.
