Washington Redskins veteran tight end Fred Davis is inactive on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
Bears vs. Redskins inactives: Fred Davis out for Washington
The Redskins will be without Fred Davis on Sunday, who is a healthy scratch against the Bears.

Davis has just three receptions for 25 yards on seven targets in four games this season, and had just 24 catches for 325 yards in seven games in 2012. The veteran has struggled with injuries the past two seasons and was suspended the final four games of the 2011 season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.
The Redskins will start Jordan Reed on Sunday and will also rely on backup Logan Paulsen. Reed, selected in the third round in the 2013 draft, has 17 catches for 164 yards and touchdown in four games played.
Also inactive for the Redskins: RB Chris Thompson, S Bacarri Rambo, LB Brandon Jenkins, QB Rex Grossman, G Josh LeRibeus and DT Chris Neild.
