Finley suffered a neck injury during Sunday’s game. He laid motionless on the field, before eventually being taken off on a stretcher. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Finley’s stay in the hospital was “precautionary” and the tight end was going to be “fine.” Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Finley suffered a significant injury and it was premature to determine a timetable for his return.
