Opinions vary on who will win Sunday's matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Raiders, but one thing is certain: you probably shouldn't expect a lot of points. Both teams have scored fewer than 20 points in four of their six games played this year, and neither has topped 27 points. They have run the gamut of offensive issues, setting up what could be an ugly affair in Oakland.
NFL picks and predictions, Week 8: Steelers vs. Raiders 2013
Steelers-Raiders should be an ugly affair, but at least onlookers can expect a tight game.

Experts seem to side with the Steelers, who are coming off two straight victories (their only two of the season). ESPN’s panel favors Pittsburgh 9-5, CBS Sports’ panel 7-2 and Yahoo! Sports’ panel 3-0. Only SB Nation bucks the trend, with three experts taking the Raiders and two experts taking the Steelers.
The Steelers are favored by just 3.5 points, so even oddsmakers expect a tight matchup. Whether a close game constitutes a “good” game is another matter, but at least those tuning in can look forward to a matchup where anything can happen.
Well, except for touchdowns.
