Reggie Bush injury update: Lions RB expected to play vs. Cowboys
The veteran running back is expected to play on Sunday after suffering a leg injury this past week.

Bush missed practice on Friday with a right leg injury after not having any issues the rest of the week, telling reporters later that he did not participate due to precautionary reasons. It was expected at the time he’d be ready to play on Sunday and that the injury was not considered to be serious.
The veteran running back has become the key to the Lions’ rushing attack, with Bush giving the Detroit offense a dangerous dynamic on top of the combination of Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson. In his first season with the Lions, Bush has 426 yards and one touchdown on 98 attempts, but has proven to be a formidable weapon through the air. In just six games, Bush has 34 receptions for 305 yards; his 13.3 average yards per reception is easily the best of his career.
