Bills vs. Saints, Week 8 2013: Saints lead Bills at halftime
The Saints’ offense was quiet for most of the first half, but they woke up at the end of the second quarter and lead the Bills at halftime.

The story of the day has been the abuse taken by Bills quarterback Thad Lewis. He was sacked three times and fumbled the ball every time, but was able to keep the Bills in the game with a touchdown strike to Stevie Johnson.
Buffalo's defense kept New Orleans quiet for most of the first half, but the Saints woke up in the second quarter. Drew Brees nailed Kenny Stills for a 69-yard score, and hooked up with Jimmy Graham at the end of the half go to into the locker room with an 11-point lead.
Buffalo’s main concern in the second half will be the health of Lewis. He briefly left the game in the first quarter after taking a vicious hit, and has been running for his life most of the game. The Bills’ offensive line will need to step up if they want to stay in this game.
