The Cincinnati Bengals pummeled the New York Jets on Sunday, winning 49-9 and looking every bit as dominant in the process.
Jets vs. Bengals 2013: Cincinnati satisfied with blowout win
It doesn’t get much better than that for Bengals fans.

There wasn't much to nitpick for Cincy Jungle, SB Nation's Bengals blog. The Bengals were dominant in all phases of the game, and Andy Dalton even looked like the quarterback that could lead this team deep into the playoffs.
All Cincy Jungle could do was marvel in the magnificent win:
Should we call it the perfect win?
Is there such a thing?
Cincinnati's 49 points is the most that they've scored since putting up 58 against the Cleveland Browns on Nov. 28, 2004. It's the first win by 40 points or more since 1989. Epic. Dominating. Earth shattering. Now you'll have an answer when asked, where were you when the Bengals played the perfect game?
Gang Green Nation had a much worse afternoon than Cincy Jungle. The loss was an embarrassing step back for a team that has made impressive strides in 2013. But it wasn’t all bad for the Jets:
It does not get much uglier than that. The Jets ended the first half of the 2013 season today with a 49-9 blowout loss at the hands of the Bengals. The Jets have neither won two in a row nor lost two in a row yet this season. The wild fluctuations between good and bad outings indicate an average, inconsistent football team. If you want some silver lining, that is better than many expected.
