The Buffalo Bills will trade safety Jairus Byrd, but only if they get a good young player in return, according to NFL.com.
NFL trade rumors: Bills shop Jairus Byrd for young player
Buffalo is looking to get younger by trading one of its established players.

Buffalo has been trying to come to a long-term deal with Byrd for the better part of 2013, but nothing has been able to be worked out. Byrd can leave via free agency after the season, putting the Bills in a very tough spot before the trade deadline if they believe Byrd will walk following this campaign.
In his career, Byrd has 18 interceptions, with half of them coming in his rookie season of 2009 after being a second round pick out of Oregon University. This year, Byrd has only played in three games after dealing with a foot injury that held him out of the first six weeks.
Should the Bills be able to work out a deal, it would have to come before 4 p.m. ET.
