Dallas Cowboys guard Brian Waters is likely out for the season after tearing his triceps against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, according to Pro Football Talk.
Brian Waters injury: Cowboys OL expected to miss rest of season
Dallas lost a veteran along its offensive line last weekend, weakening the wall in front of Tony Romo.

Waters signed with the Cowboys this season to help a group that had all kinds of problems with injuries at the beginning of the campaign. Dallas was rotating different players through the guard position, most notably Ronald Leary and Mackenzy Bernadeau.
Now with Waters out of the picture, Bernadeau is the next man up on the depth chart. Last year, Bernadeau started all 16 games for Dallas before only starting three this season.
With Waters going down for the season, it is likely his career is over as well. Waters is one of the best guards to have ever put on a helmet, going to the Pro Bowl six times in his time as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots.
