Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall continued his frustrating season in Sunday's Week 5 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
Brandon Marshall expresses frustration after Bears loss to Saints
The frustration is starting to mount for Brandon Marshall.

Marshall has been seeing consistent double-coverage, and his season hit another low. He had 30 yards receiving and a touchdown, but he struggled to beat the Saints’ coverage and spent some time on the sideline as a result.
After the game, Marshall expressed his frustration with the performance in a press conference. Here are his full quotes from the Chicago Tribune.
“We’re struggling a little bit and as a receiver, you always want the ball because you think you can help the offense or the team move the ball down the field,” Marshall said. “So the past few weeks have been frustrating, but it’s part of the game, man. Each year is different.”
Marshall isn’t sure why he isn’t on the field, either. He thinks he can help the team win, but on Sunday Alshon Jeffery caught 10 passes for 218 yards and a touchdown. Marshall was the forgotten man, and he’s not sure why.
“You’ve got to ask coach Trestman that,” Marshall said. “I try to just focus on what I can control.”
