Cardinals vs. Jaguars 2013, Week 11: Playoff hopes hinge on Arizona victory

Two touchdowns and no interceptions from Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer allowed for Arizona to control the game during the home stretch. The Cardinals forced Jaguars quarterback to throw two interceptions and that gave Arizona the ability to maintain the time of possession and attempt more plays.

Adam Stites of Big Cat Country believes Henne does not offer enough at quarterback for the Jaguars to win consistently:

The Cardinals were favored by nine points, according to Oddsshark. They managed to cover.

Cardinals running back Andre Ellington has dreads -- err... he HAD dreads, before he met Jason Babin of the Jaguars.

But I don’t think we’ve ever seen a dude literally get his hair get ripped out. I mean, it looks like Babin scalped him. Unfortunately -- or perhaps luckily -- he came out of a pile with it, so we can’t actually see the hair get ripped out.

Both teams have obviously struggled mightily this year, but it’s the Cardinals that hold the edge on paper. They hold the advantage in most statistical categories, and play in the toughest division in football. Jacksonville does have some talented players on their team, but they’ve failed to put it all together to this point.
