Vikings vs. Seahawks 2013 final score: Seattle dominates Minnesota, 41-20

Another week, another Seahawks win. This time, Marshawn Lynch was Seattle’s MVP.

The Seattle Seahawks stayed on top of the NFC standings after another dominant performance in a 41-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

The Seahawks offense got off to another rough start, but the defense held Minnesota early. The teams traded field goals in the first quarter, but Marshawn Lynch gave Seattle a lead with a touchdown run at the end of the quarter. The Vikings struck back with a 38-yard score from Jarius Wright, but the Seahawks got the lead back thanks to Lynch's second touchdown of the day. They extended their lead when Russell Wilson hooked up with Doug Baldwin for a 19-yard score. Seattle went into halftime leading, 24-13.

Seattle poured it on in the second half, scoring 17 unanswered points to pull away from the Vikings late in the game. Percy Harvin also made his Seahawks debut against the team that traded him away. He only caught one pass for 17 yards and added a 58-yard kick return.

The Seahawks improved to 10-1 on the season and will have a bye week next week.

Fantasy studs and duds

Marshawn Lynch was a monster on Sunday, rushing for just over 50 yards and two touchdowns to go with a receiving touchdown. Russell Wilson was not exactly a fantasy stud, but his performance wasn’t too shabby, either. He passed for 230 yards and two touchdowns.

Adrian Peterson was a bit of a dud, rushing 21 times for only 65 yards and no touchdowns.

Did they cover?

The Seahawks entered the game favored by 13 points, according to OddsShark. They covered the spread.
