Walt Coleman, the head referee for a game between the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, refused to comment on Trent Williams' claim that umpire Roy Ellison called him a "garbage a*** disrespectful motherf*****" during Washington's loss, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
Refs allegedly call Trent Williams ‘disrespectful motherf---er’, refuse postgame interview
The league is looking into an incident involving an umpire and Washington offensive tackle Trent Williams.

According to league policy, a pool reporter is allowed to speak to the referee about controversial aspects of the game. However, when Michael Phillips of the Richmond Times-Dispatch approached the officials’ bus after the game and asked to speak with Coleman, Coleman asked Phillips what he wanted and shut the window when asked the question. The bus then drove off.
Williams' teammate Kory Lichtensteiger, a guard, was asked about the incident and confirmed Williams' initial claim. Lichtensteiger also noted he was wearing a microphone during the game if the league wanted to investigate the situation and verify Ellison's words. He added that he's never heard anything like what Ellison said before and it seemed like Ellison had a vendetta against the Redskins.
The NFL will investigate the situation, according to Pro Football Talk.
