The Lions may have to wait a couple more weeks for Nate Burleson to be back on the field. Burleson is no longer expected to return in Week 10, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, via Rotoworld.
Nate Burleson injury: Lions WR not expected back in Week 10
Despite being expected to return following Detroit’s bye week, Nate Burleson may be out a couple extra weeks.

Burleson broke his arm when he got into a car accident while attempting to stop a box of pizza from sliding onto the floor. He last played in Week 3, and there were several reports indicating he was on track to return in Week 10, following Detroit’s bye week. According to Mortensen, that will not be the case and the wide receiver will need “a couple more weeks at least” before he returns.
If Burleson does indeed miss Week 10, the Lions will not have him for a crucial NFC North game against Chicago. It's possible he could return in time for the Lions' Week 13 matchup against Green Bay. Without Burleson in the lineup, Kris Durham will likely continue to play the No. 2 role behind Calvin Johnson.
