On Sunday afternoon, the Houston Texans will host the Jacksonville Jaguars at Reliant Stadium.
Jaguars vs. Texans 2013 picks and predictions: Houston expected to roll
In a battle of two sad teams, one will be forced to emerge with a victory.

Nobody expected Houston to be 2-8 and playing out the string at this point in the season, but that is where we are. The Texans have lost eight consecutive games and will likely be looking for a quarterback in the upcoming draft, and perhaps a new head coach as well.
Everybody expected Jacksonville to be awful, and it has been exactly that. The Jaguars have given effort, but the talent simply is not there. However, they will be out of the AFC South basement with a win over Houston.
Our experts at SBNation.com have a 4-2 split going in favor of the Texans, with Ryan Van Bibber and Stephen White rolling deep with Jacksonville. At ESPN.com, only Mike DItka believes the Jaguars will win out of the network’s 13-man panel.
Vinnie Iyer of the Sporting News is a believer in Houston, while five of the eight men of CBSSports.com have Jacksonville covering the 10.5-point spread, but only Ryan Wilson has it winning.
