Peterson managed to carry the ball a total of 41 times the last two games, but his yards per carry fell to under 4.0 in each game -- something that had only occurred three times this season. This was most noticeable against the Seattle Seahawks when the Vikings lost by 21 points and Peterson's longest carry was 13 yards.
