More on the matchup: These sides last met in 2011 when Baltimore's defense forced four total turnovers, three of which were touchdowns in a 34-17 win. New York is the most consistently inconsistent team of 2013. Rex Ryan's team hasn't been able to string together two wins in a row, continually flipping between wins and losses. Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco needs consistency of his own after two terrible performances against Cincinnati and Chicago.
