On Monday night, the Seattle Seahawks fans will attempt to set a noise record for an outdoor venue when the New Orleans Saints come to town, according to Nick Eaton.
Seahawks will attempt new crowd noise record vs. Saints
The fans of Seattle will try to reclaim the noise record in primetime.

Seattle fans set the record in Week 2 when the Seahawks thrashed the San Francisco 49ers 29-3 on Sunday Night Football. However, their record only stood for barely over a month. The Kansas City Chiefs fans rose up and broke the previous mark of 136.6 decibels with a reading of 137.76 on October 12.
The race between Seattle and Kansas City for this honor is interesting, considering CenturyLink Field has 10,000 or so less seats than Arrowhead Stadium, but is helped considerably by the stadium’s design, which features a partial roof.
The fans should have plenty reason to go crazy, with home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs perhaps on the line. At 10-1, the Seahawks can basically wrap up home-field with a win, while a loss would drop them into a tie with the Saints, who would own the tiebreaker.
