After a couple lackluster weeks, the Seahawks went back out on the road and cruised to a Week 10 win over the Falcons.
Tony Gonzalez uncertain for Week 11

USA TODAY SportsThe injury did not appear to be serious when he briefly exited against the Seahawks. He limped off the field to get checked by trainers, but after jogging and making cuts on the sideline he threw his helmet on and re-entered the game. Gonzalez did not appear to be limited on his way to three receptions for 29 yards, but after the game he was spotted limping around the Falcons’ locker room.
According to James Rael at Falcons blog The Falcholic, the Falcons will be able to audition young tight ends if Gonzalez sits. Unfortunately, his absence would also mean even tougher sledding for Matt Ryan:

Kevin C. CoxThe Falcons got a consolation touchdown in the third quarter, but the Seahawks never came close to giving up their advantage. Lynch walked in on another score to give Seattle a 33-10 lead. The rest of the game was a mere formality, and Seattle got decisive revenge for last year’s playoff loss.
The Seahawks opened as four-point favorites, according to Oddsshark. They had no problem covering that spread.

Marshawn Lynch goes beast mode
There’s a reason Marshawn Lynch earned his nickname “Beast Mode.” The Falcons got a rude reminder on the Seahawks’ opening drive.

Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY SportsAnother rematch in the playoffs is unlikely, however. The Seahawks are doing well enough -- they’re 8-1 atop the entire NFC, but the Falcons are a mess right now, as evidenced by their 2-6 record. Unlike that playoff game, this matchup is heavily slanted in Seattle’s favor when it comes to just about every aspect about how both teams are playing.
Let’s take a look at both below, starting with the home team:

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY SportsWhite said Thursday that he expects to play, so it appears that the Falcons are being cautious or perhaps displaying a bit of gamesmanship. A “questionable” designation implies a 50-50 chance of playing, ostensibly, though reports throughout the week indicate that White is healthier than has been the last three weeks. He was a participant in practice every day this week, albeit in a limited fashion.
White had yet to miss a game in his career until this season. With 14 receptions for 129 yards and zero touchdowns through five games played, he is on pace for the worst season, statistically, of his career.

USA TODAY SportsThe Falcons have played the last three games without White or Jones, who is out for the year with a broken foot, and continue to struggle during their worst season under head coach Mike Smith. Atlanta is 2-6, and quarterback Matt Ryan has seven interceptions over the last two games. But, It’s looking more and more likely that he will at least get back White for Week 10.

Otto Greule JrThe Seahawks will once again travel to Atlanta, the site of last year’s 30-28 playoff loss. They were in position to win that game, taking a 28-27 lead with 31 seconds to play, before a late Atlanta field goal ended their season. The Seahawks can’t redeem that loss this week, but they may be able to gain a tiny piece of payback with a road win. Five of SB Nation’s six NFL experts predict them to do just that. Only Matt Ufford picked the 2-6 Falcons.
Despite those recent issues, all eight of CBS Sports’ NFL experts are in agreement with the SB Nation majority.
