The Buffalo Bills will finally be getting quarterback EJ Manuel back on the field barring any setbacks, according to CEO Russ Brandon.
EJ Manuel injury: Bills QB ready to play against Pittsburgh Steelers
The Bills should have their top draft pick back this week after missing a month.

With Manuel back in the fold, Buffalo can try to rebound from two consecutive defeats at the hands of the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs with Thad Lewis and Jeff Tuel playing quarterback respectively. Manuel has been out with a sprained LCL since Week 5 when he got injured against the Cleveland Browns.
Manuel had been playing well before he was hurt, leading Buffalo to a surprising 2-2 start. The first round pick out of Florida State has thrown for 985 yards and five touchdowns so far, while completing 56.7 percent of his passes and only throwing three interceptions.
With Manuel back in the starting lineup, the Bills will likely send Tuel to the practice squad and keep Lewis on the active roster as Manuel’s primary backup.
