After dispatching the NFL's hottest team in the Carolina Panthers in Week 14, the New Orleans Saints now turn their gaze on the struggling St. Louis Rams.
The Saints are favored by six points on Sunday, according to Oddsshark.com. That seems to be a friendly line for a Rams team that has lost two consecutive games by an average margin of 15 points.

Picked before the season to be a playoff contender, the 5-8 Rams have disappointed. Even before the loss of franchise quarterback Sam Bradford to a torn ACL, the offense struggled to put up points the way they were expected. They scored a combined 23 points over the last two weeks in losses to the 49ers and Cardinals.
The Saints, meanwhile, dropped 31 on the elite defense of the Panthers last week and currently rank No. 7 in scoring offense. At 10-3, they hold sole possession of first place in the NFC South and are currently the No. 2 seed in the conference.
The over/under for the game has been set at 47. The teams are averaging a combined 48.8 points per game on the season.
