Denard Robinson: Victim of fate

Football giveth, and taketh away.

Denard Robinson was in the open field, end zone in front of him -- destined to score the first touchdown of his NFL career. He'd been called a lot of things: Quarterback, running back, "offensive weapon" but none of that mattered. This was his moment, and nobody could take that away.

WHOOPS!

Fate. A cruel mistress who gives as she takes; gently wafting opportunity and removing it, like a magician manipulates a piece of cloth.

Denard walked to the sideline, dejected. His time would come, but not now. This football player was left wondering why he was always upstaged at the last moment.
