Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald suffered a a concussion and will be evaluated after sustaining a hit during his team's win over the Tennessee Titans, according to Kent Somers of AZCentral Sports.

Fitzgerald was attempting to recover an onside kick late in the game when he sustained a big hit and was noticeably shaken up on the team’s sideline. Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said in his postgame press conference that his star receiver would undergo the league’s post-concussion protocol, but there was no additional update on his status at this time.

It's unclear who the team will turn to if Fitzgerald is unable to play in the Arizona's critical Week 16 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Michael Floyd will become the team's primary option, but Andre Roberts and Brittan Golden are largely untested in a starting role. There's a chance rookie running back Andre Ellington could have his receiving opportunities increase, similar to how the Falcons used him against Tennessee.

Fitzgerald sent out this Tweet from his personal account, and remains optimistic.
