Ravens vs. Lions 2013 final score: Justin Tucker hits from 61 to win the game for Baltimore

The stakes were high on Monday Night Football and with an 18-16 win, the Ravens were able to kick their way into control of the AFC North.

The game came down to the right foot of Justin Tucker, who continued his unbelievable season. Detroit scored a late touchdown to go up 16-15 with just over two minutes to play. The Ravens took over with 2:21 to go and Joe Flacco was able to move the ball into Detroit territory, but barely. Facing a 4th-and-8 from the Detroit 43-yard line, the Ravens had two options. They could attempt to pick up the first down, or they could put the game on Tucker's right foot. John Harbaugh decided for the latter and it proved to be a wise decision. Both offenses struggled to move the ball for much of the game, and at times, coaxing officials into throwing flags was the best offensive play. Baltimore benefited from a pair of defensive penalties which extended drives on third downs that eventually resulted in field goals. The Lions had at least one huge call go against them when officials did not flag Baltimore cornerback Lardarius Webb for what appeared to be obvious pass interference in the end zone.

Detroit started the game well offensively, driving 78 yards for a touchdown on the opening possession. The drive was capped by Reggie Bush, who got to the edge and scored on a 14-yard run. The success was short-lived, however, and Detroit either punted or was intercepted on seven of its next eight drives. Matthew Stafford's third interception sealed the game for Baltimore.

The game had massive playoff implications. With the win, Baltimore controls its own destiny in the AFC North. The Ravens are a game behind the Bengals, but own the tiebreaker and will face Cincinnati in Week 17. If Baltimore wins out, the Ravens will take home the AFC North.

Detroit now falls a game behind the Bears in the NFC North and will need Chicago to lose at least a game if the Lions are going to make the playoffs.

With Reggie Bush, Calvin Johnson, Ray Rice and others, you wouldn't expect a kicker to be the fantasy stud of the game. Tucker, however, drilled six field goals, racking up 24 fantasy points. Bush had a solid game and was able to get into the end zone.

Baltimore will host the New England Patriots next week while the Lions will stay home to play the Giants.
