Packers starter Aaron Rodgers has not been cleared to play, but he did practice Wednesday in a limited role. He also threw the ball some during the portion of practice open to the media, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Rodgers is still recovering from a fractured collarbone. Head coach Mike McCarthy declined to name a starter for this week's game against the Steelers.

Rodgers also participated in a limited capacity prior to Green Bay’s Week 15 game against Dallas, according to Silverstein.

Eddie Lacy did not practice either, but he is expected to play this week. Wide receiver Randall Cobb returned to practice on Wednesday, in a limited role.

The Packers are looking to win a division title and Rodgers’ return would likely be instrumental in clinching a playoff berth.

If Rodgers can't play this week, Matt Flynn would get the start. The Packers have now won two-straight games, with comeback victories over the Falcons and Cowboys. In four games (three starts), Flynn has compiled 914 passing yards, six touchdowns and three interceptions. He was signed during the season after brief stints in Oakland and Buffalo.
