Steelers vs. Packers 2013 picks and predictions: Green Bay looks to keep playoff hopes alive at home
NFL experts are making their picks for Week 16’s matchup between the Packers and Steelers.
The Steelers will travel to Green Bay to face the Packers in Week 16. While Pittsburgh took care of the Bengals in Week 15, their playoff chances are all but gone. On the other hand, the Packers are in a serious race for the NFC North title and need a win in this contest. The Steelers proved against the Bengals that they are willing to play spoiler and with Aaron Rodgers yet to be cleared, this game should be interesting.
Expert picks: SB Nation's panel breaks down Week 16
Despite having a better record and a home-field advantage, the Packers are 1.5-point underdogs against the Steelers. For five of the eight CBS Sports panelists, they will take the points and the Packers. The 5-3 vote stays the same, even when picking the game straight up. The two-man expert panel from Showtime’s “Inside The NFL” is split, with Cris Colllinsworth picking the Steelers and Phil Simms going with the Packers.
The SB Nation six-man panel gave the Packers are 5-1 vote of confidence. SB Nation NFL editor Ryan Van Bibber was the sole vote for the Steelers.
