Jaguars vs. Colts 2013 recap: Not much drama in Indy as Colts win, 30-10

The Colts made quick work of the Jaguars and wrapped up the No. 4 seed in the AFC. The Jaguars clinched the No. 3 draft pick.

The Indianapolis Colts destroyed the Jacksonville Jaguars, 30-10, in a game that was never in doubt. They had a chance to get a first-round bye if the Patriots and Bengals both lost, but Cincinnati took care of the Ravens, giving Indianapolis the No. 4 seed. The Jaguars finish 4-12 and will be drafting in the third overall spot.

The talent gap between the two teams was apparent early on, as the Colts raced to a 14-0 lead. They sat on the lead for much of the first half, content to let the Jaguars beat themselves. Jacksonville came close to a touchdown at the end of the second quarter, but Chad Henne thew a back-breaking interception to Antoine Bethea in the endzone. Adam Vinatieri kicked his second field goal of the day to give Indianapolis a 20-3 lead at halftime.

The Colts came out firing in the third quarter and Andrew Luck hit Griff Whalen for a score to erase all doubt in this outcome. Indianapolis sent in the backups for mop-up duty afterwards. Jacksonville didn't find the endzone until a garbage time touchdown by Kerry Taylor.
