John Harbaugh is unimpressed by Manti Te’o’s 40

Manti Te’o ran a 4.80 40-yard dash, unofficially, which really isn’t that good. It’s only part of the draft stock puzzle, sure, but Te’o’s 40 has been a story throughout the morning. And when it came time to show what he can do, he just didn’t do all too well.
