The Cleveland Browns signed free agent kicker Shayne Graham on Monday. The contract is a one-year deal for the veteran's minimum of $940,000. The Browns are in need of a kicker after losing Phil Dawson to the San Francisco 49ers in free agency earlier this offseason. Graham is a 12-year veteran who played for the Houston Texans last season.
NFL free agent tracker: Cleveland Browns sign Shayne Graham
Cleveland has signed kicker Shayne Graham as a replacement for Phil Dawson.

Graham made 31 of 38 field goals with a long of 51 yards and set a Texans record with 138 points in 2012. He also set a personal best with 28 touchbacks on kickoffs. Graham spent the majority of his 12-year career with the Cincinnati Bengals, whom he played for from 2003 through 2009. In 2005, he was selected to the Pro Bowl and named an All-Pro for his performance with the Bengals.
Graham joins Brandon Bogotay as the only kickers on the Cleveland roster at the moment. Bogotay, a 23-year-old kicker out of the University of Georgia with no NFL experience, was a kickoff specialist at Georgia while playing behind Blair Walsh. The winner of the competition will replace Phil Dawson, who had been with the Browns since 1999.
