Rolando McClain arrested, charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest

A new contract from the Baltimore Ravens hasn’t changed much for the former first-round choice. He was arrested again Sunday evening.

Rolando McClain was arrested Sunday evening in his hometown of Decatur, Ala., after an incident occurred at Pines Park, according to Nick Banaszak of WHNT. Police charged the 23-year-old linebacker with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

McClain refused to leave the park after police officers ordered him and several others to vacate the premises. Witnesses said McClain began cursing at the officers and was eventually put in handcuffs.

Visiting Decatur should be taken off McClain’s agenda altogether. He has been arrested three times in his hometown since 2011. His last run-in with the law came in January when he gave police a false name.

The Baltimore Ravens signed McClain to a one-year deal worth $700,000 back on April 10 after he was released by the Oakland Raiders. He didn’t receive any guaranteed money. He may not see a single dollar from that deal now.
