New York Giants wide receiver Kris Adams went down with an injury against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday, and it didn't look good. He fractured his lower left leg or his ankle, and had to be carted off the field. Adams was clearly in a lot of pain.
Kris Adams injury: Giants WR breaks leg, carted off field
Kris Adams left Saturday’s game against the Steelers with a leg fracture, and it didn’t look good.

There are already those on Twitter who are suggesting that the injury was pretty gruesome, and predictions of a broken ankle came true. Obviously, he will not be returning to the game at this point.
Adams was signed to the Giants in January of this year, and was hoping to make the 53-man roster as a contributor on offense and special teams. He spent the 2012 season with the Indianapolis Colts as part of their roster to begin the season, and later on the practice squad.
