Four weeks of preseason football are in the books. Now it’s time for teams to finalize their roster and make final preparations for the regular season.
Clemens shows well in Rams win over Ravens

Dilip VishwanatSt. Louis sat Sam Bradford for the evening, choosing to take a look at backup quarterbacks Kellen Clemens and Austin Davis. Clemens played well, completing 13 of 18 passes for 188 yards. Davis wasn’t nearly as efficient, going 6-for-13 but tossing two touchdowns in the process.
For the Ravens, they end the preseason 2-2 and now get ready to defend their championship. Playing virtually nobody of note, Baltimore surely isn’t concerned about the loss to St. Louis in August.

Al BelloNew York might have found something in the process, a statement rarely made about the final preseason game. Quarterback Matt Simms, the son of ex-New York Giants signal-caller Phil Simms, was on-point to say the least. Simms threw for 285 yards on 33 of 44 passing without firing an interception.
Foles went 6-for-17 while Barkley completed only 13 of 27 on the evening. Brandon Lee Gowton of Bleeding Green Nation didn’t enjoy watching Foles in the finale:

The Chiefs aren’t necessarily trying to find every starter on their roster at this point, but they are still a two-win team searching for answers. While the fourth preseason game won’t hold any significant battles for starting spots -- for the most part -- there are plenty of roster spots and backup roles up for grabs. There are many young players who are fighting to stay on the roster, and are also competing with all of the players who may be cut following this week, given that the Chiefs have waiver priority.
