Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper has returned to the team's training camp after an excused absence, the team announced on Tuesday morning. Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that Cooper had a "good" meeting with Eagles head coach Chip Kelly leading to his return to the team's camp.

In the video taken at a Kenny Chesney concert in Philadelphia, Cooper is seen on camera vowing to “fight every [n-word].”
During his excused absence from practice, the Eagles announced that Cooper would receive “outside assistance to help him fully understand the impact of his words and actions.”
A fifth-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, Cooper is expected to have a larger role in the Eagles offense after Jeremy Maclin suffered a season-ending ACL tear earlier in training camp. In 2012, Cooper accumulated 23 receptions for 248 yards and three touchdowns.
