The regular season is just a week old, but the Cowboys and Chiefs have some injuries to key players that are of concern. On the Dallas side, both Tony Romo and Dez Bryant are ailing, but they participated in practice all week and should be set to play on Sunday.
Cowboys vs. Chiefs injury report: Anthony Spencer could make season debut
Neither the Cowboys nor the Chiefs should be without their bigger playmakers on Sunday, although the possible return of Anthony Spencer adds some intrigue.

The biggest question for the Cowboys is whether or not they’ll see the return of defensive end Anthony Spencer. Nearly two months removed from knee surgery, Spencer returned to the practice field this week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game.
Kansas City running back Jamaal Charles is working his way back from a quad injury that kept him out of practice Wednesday and limited him Thursday, though he is expected to play in the game. Tight end Travis Kelce and defensive back Dunta Robinson both have either missed practices this week or been limited (Robinson for a reason not related to injury), but the other banged-up players are on track to play against Dallas.
Safety Husain Abdullah (foot), offensive lineman Jon Asamoah (calf), linebacker Nico Johnson (ankle), linebacker Dezman Moses (toe) and offensive lineman Donald Moses (shoulder) fully participated in practice all week despite their respective injuries.
