Cowboys vs. Chiefs 2013 final score: Chiefs match 2012 win total with 17-16 victory
A coaching change has taken the Chiefs to new heights with back-to-back wins to open the 2013 season.

Smith completed 21-of-36 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. He found Jamaal Charles on a short pass to open the scoring before shutting the door at the end of the third quarter with a 12-yard score to Dwayne Bowe.
Tony Romo had great success through the air, but a lack of running support proved costly as the offense failed to convert numerous short-yardage situations. DeMarco Murray ran for just 25 yards on 12 carries, leaving Romo to shoulder most of the load.
Second-year defensive tackle Dontari Poe made life difficult for the Dallas offensive line, amassing four tackles and two sacks. He was the standout defensive player for Kansas City on Sunday.
