Chiefs vs. Eagles injury report: Kansas City’s Anthony Fasano listed as questionable

The return of Andy Reid to Philadelphia features several injuries to his new team’s roster.

The Eagles and Chiefs clash on Thursday Night Football in Week 3. The matchup features the return of Andy Reid to Philadelphia and two teams looking to improve their new coaching staffs. The Chiefs have already equaled their entire win total from last season and are hoping to go 3-0 under Reid. The Eagles also have a new coach in Chip Kelly, whose new offense is causing trouble for opposing defenses.

The Eagles come into Thursday night’s home game with a reasonably healthy roster. The worst status for any player on the injury report is “probable.” However, there are six players listed with minor injuries:

Probable: CB Brandon Boykin (quad), TE Brent Celek (shoulder), CB Bradley Fletcher (concussion), C Jason Kelce (thumb), OT Dennis Kelly (back), LB Mychal Kendricks (groin)

The Chiefs are a bit more banged up for this contest. Several players were injured in the their Week 2 17-16 win over the Cowboys. Kansas City's starting tight end, Anthony Fasano, is likely to miss the game with an ankle injury, and starting cornerback Brandon Flowers is questionable with a knee injury. Here is a look at the Chiefs' full list of injuries:

Doubtful: TE Anthony Fasano (ankle)

Questionable: CB Brandon Flowers (knee), TE Travis Kelce (knee)

Probable: LT Branden Albert (shoulder), DE Mike DeVito (neck), LB Nico Johnson (ankle), LB Dezman Moses (toe), LB James-Michael Johnson (neck)

The Eagles host the Chiefs for Thursday Night Football on NFL Network at 8:25 p.m. ET.
