Rob Gronkowski, Danny Amendola inactive for Patriots vs. Bucs
The Patriots will face the Bucs on Sunday without two dangerous weapons on offense.
Gronkowski was upgraded to questionable this past week after being listed as limited in practice, yet continues to be unable to play because of back and forearm injuries. The fourth-year veteran has yet to play in 2013, and appeared in just 11 games in 2012 while amassing 790 yards receiving and 11 touchdowns and 14.4 yards per catch.
Amendola suffered a groin injury after catching 10 passes for 104 yards in his debut for the Patriots in the season opener, causing him to miss the Week 2 game against the Jets. The veteran receiver signed with the Patriots in the offseason after spending the past four years with the St. Louis Rams.
The Patriots and Buccaneers kick off at 1 p.m ET.
