The Oakland Raiders aren't sure who will be starting in Week 4 after quarterback Terrelle Pryor went down with a concussion last week, but that isn't stopping most experts to tag the visiting Washington Redskins to pick up their first win of the season.
NFL picks and predictions 2013, Redskins vs. Raiders: No faith for Oakland with QB uncertainty
The Raiders are in limbo with their starting quarterback at the moment, and most people predict the Redskins will take advantage.

Pryor sustained a concussion in a, 37-21, loss against the Broncos last week, which means if he isn't ready the Raiders will go with Matt Flynn at starting quarterback. The lack of a starting quarterback has helped push quite a few people into the winless Redskins' camp.
The editorial board at SB Nation has no faith in the Raiders with all five contributors choosing the Redskins. ESPN hopped in on the anti-Raiders fun and only one contributor picked the Raiders out of the 14. A few more people at CBS Sports believe in the home field advantage where the Raiders got three of the nine picks.
The odds are siding with the experts all the way on this one. The Redskins opened the contest favored by 2.5 points, and that spread has increased slightly to three points, according to Oddsshark.com.
