The NFC West foes will meet for a third time this season following San Francisco’s second-round win over Carolina.

UPDATE: Here’s the latest look at the 2014 NFL Playoff bracket following the Broncos’ win over the Chargers on Sunday evening.

The San Francisco 49ers beat the Carolina Panthers, 23-10, on Sunday afternoon and will now face a rubber match against the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship to determine who moves on to the Super Bowl.

The 49ers will play in their third straight conference championship and will be hoping to make a second consecutive Super Bowl appearance. They lost to the Baltimore Ravens in the title game last season after knocking off the Atlanta Falcons in the conference championship. They last won a league title at the conclusion of the 1994 playoffs.

They now face a trip to Seattle, where the Seahawks have won eight of nine home games this season, including a divisional round victory over the New Orleans Saints on Saturday. The Seahawks steamrolled the 49ers, 29-3, at home back in Week 2 of the regular season, but the 49ers evened the series with a 19-17 Week 14 win in San Francisco.

The game will kick off on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX.

On the AFC side of things, the New England Patriots knocked off the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday night and now await the winner of the San Diego Chargers-Denver Broncos playoff game on Sunday afternoon. The Chargers and Broncos kick off at 4:40 p.m. ET.
