The Baltimore Ravens' search for an offensive coordinator is beginning to solidify as the team is conducting second-round interviews with three candidates, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Ravens offensive coordinator search: Kyle Shanahan, Jim Hostler, Kirby Wilson have 2nd interviews

Ravens wide receiver coach Jim Hostler and former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan met with the team on Thursday. Pittsburgh Steelers running back coach Kirby Wilson, who had his first interview on Wednesday, is scheduled to return on Friday.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said earlier this week that he had four finalists for the vacancy, which was opened when Jim Caldwell was hired as the Detroit Lions head coach. That list included Hostler, Shanahan, Wilson and former Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan. It appears as though Linehan has since dropped out of the running, as there's been no word of a second interview.
Hostler has been on Harbaugh's staff since 2008, giving him a familiarity with the Ravens offense. Wilson has 16 years of NFL coaching experience, the last seven as a position assistant with the Steelers. Shanahan has the most coordinator experience of the bunch, having led the Houston Texans offense for two seasons before spending the next four in Washington. His image took a hit in 2013 amidst a 3-13 season and rumored clashes with quarterback Robert Griffin III.
