Arian Foster pulled up limping before taking contact on a play late in the third quarter of Sunday's game between the Houston Texans and the Philadelphia Eagles. He went into the Texans' locker room after slamming his helmet following the play.

Arian Foster went off to the Texans’ locker room after suffering a non-contact injury.


Update: Foster did not return to the game. Brad T. Smith of the Houston Chronicle reported that Foster suffered a groin injury.
The Texans punted soon after the play, but the offense quickly returned to the field following an Eagles interception. Alfred Blue took over for Foster on the possession. There is no word yet on Foster's status. According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, Foster had been dealing with a hamstring issue early in the game.
Foster was having a strong game before leaving. He had 56 yards rushing on 15 carries, and 63 yards receiving, 56 of which came on a long touchdown catch and run out of the flat. Foster entered the game on a hot streak, rushing for more than 100 yards in all but one game thus far this season.
