Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has been declared active for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium in London, according to NFL Network's Kimberly Jones.

The Cowboys have lost two consecutive games and look to get right with Romo back under center.

Romo missed last week's 28-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals after fracturing two process bones in his back the week before during an overtime loss to Washington.
Romo's return puts Brandon Weeden back on the bench after a forgettable start against Arizona in which he tossed a pair of interceptions. Romo has been typically solid this season in eight games, throwing for 1,998 yards and 15 touchdowns with six picks. With DeMarco Murray leading the league in rushing, Romo has not been asked to carry the entire load. Only once this season has Romo thrown for over 300 yards, yet Dallas is 6-2 in his starts.
The Cowboys face a critical stretch for the division beginning Sunday. Coming into Week 10, Dallas trails the Philadelphia Eagles by a half-game in the NFC East, although Philadelphia is limited with Nick Foles out 6-8 weeks with a broken clavicle. The Cowboys have a bye next week before visiting the rival New York Giants, hosting the Eagles, and then traveling to face the Chicago Bears before playing another game against the Eagles.
