Foster's 27 carries allowed him to pick up 103 yards, which isn't a stat that should blow anyone away. However, they were all hard-fought yards with Washington stacking the box while quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw just 22 passes on the day. The offense clearly ran through Foster, who was playing in his first significant game since missing eight games due to a back injury last season.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners will be wanting more out of Foster if he’s going to get that many touches in a game, but this is still a good start for him. He picked up good yardage and he looked healthy. There’s always durability concerns with a guy like him, but for now, fantasy owners need to start him without hesitation.
