Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins is not expected to play in a Week 5 game against the Tennessee Titans, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, after he was listed as questionable with a calf injury.
Sammy Watkins out for Bills in Week 5 with calf injury
Watkins suffered a calf injury in Week 3 that kept him out of action for the Bills in Week 4.

Watkins, 22, missed a Week 4 game against the New York Giants with the calf problem and was held out of Wednesday and Thursday practices, before participating on Friday on a limited basis. With Watkins out of the lineup, the Bills had their worst offensive output of the season, scoring only 10 points against a Giants defense that allowed no less than 21 points in the first three weeks.
During the first three games of the season, Watkins wasn't tremendously productive either, though. He was held without a catch against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 and didn't do much against the New England Patriots in Week 2 before finally hauling in a 24-yard touchdown late in the game.
Through three games played, Watkins has seven receptions for 99 yards after catching 65 passes for 982 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie in 2014.
Tight end Charles Clay and wide receiver Percy Harvin have been on the receiving end of most of Tyrod Taylor's passes to begin the year.
