Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy is inactive for Sunday's Week 10 game against the Detroit Lions due to a groin injury, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Eddie Lacy inactive for Week 10 vs. Lions
The disappointing running back is out with a groin injury.

This is just the latest setback for the disappointing back. Lacy left last week’s game with the injury and practiced on a limited basis this week, being listed as questionable on the injury report. He’s also been dealing with a nagging ankle issue he picked up in Week 2.
Between the injuries and reported weight issues, Lacy has tanked in his third season, and James Starks moved ahead of him on the depth chart. Through eight games, Lacy has just 308 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 83 carries, averaging 3.7 yards per carry. It's a stark contrast from his 2014 season, when he had 4.6 yards per carry and scored nine touchdowns.
Whatever the real issue with Lacy is, it’s become clear that the Packers need him to get back on track if they are to rebound from a two-game losing streak. But even with Lacy on the sideline, the Packers have a chance to bounce back against the Lions’ 30th-ranked run defense.
