The Chicago Bears are expected to have wide receiver Alshon Jeffery in the lineup for a Week 15 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, despite a calf injury and an illness, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Alshon Jeffery expected to start vs. Vikings
Jeffery was listed as questionable due to a calf injury and an illness, but is expected to play.

Jeffery has been banged up for most of the season, but has still managed to post 797 receiving yards and three touchdowns in just eight games. In Week 14, he finished with six receptions for 107 yards with a touchdown, his fourth game with more than 100 yards.
The fourth-year wide receiver was limited in practice on Wednesday with a calf injury, but sat out the entire Thursday session due to an illness, in addition to his calf problem. He returned for practice on Friday, but was listed as questionable by the team for a game against the Vikings.
In a Week 8 game against the Vikings, Jeffery finished with 10 receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown. While the Bears technically aren’t yet eliminated from the postseason, the team would require a small miracle to snag a NFC Wild Card berth.
