The Pittsburgh Steelers announced that they have re-signed linebacker James Harrison to a two-year deal. Harrison took to social media Saturday to say that he was deciding between the Steelers or signing with the Tennessee Titans, where he would reunite with former Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau. In the end, the veteran chose to return to the team that he's spent the majority of his NFL career.
James Harrison re-signs with the Steelers
The veteran linebacker will be back in Pittsburgh for his 13th season in the NFL.

Harrison, who turns 37 in May, has played all but one season with the Steelers since he was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2002. The Steelers released him in 2013, and he then played for the AFC North rival Cincinnati Bengals, who released him after one season. Failing to catch on with a new team, the five-time Pro Bowler decided to retire in 2014, but came out of retirement in September to play for the Steelers following injuries to linebackers Jarvis Jones and Ryan Shazier.
In 11 games in 2014, Harrison totaled 45 tackles and helped key the Steelers’ pass rush with 5.5 sacks. He won two Super Bowls in his time in Pittsburgh and was also the NFL Defensive Player on the Year in 2008.
