Texans fans mercilessly booing Brian Hoyer sums up Houston’s first half

The Texans’ first half against the Chiefs did not go well. In fact it went very poorly. Houston trails 13-0 at halftime and Texans fans have had enough.

Those boos are justified. Brian Hoyer threw three interceptions in the first half and lost another turnover with a fumble. That included one deep in Chiefs territory as the Texans were close to a touchdown. He is the first quarterback to turn it over at least four times in one half of a playoff game since Eli Manning in 2005.

On the positive side, the Chiefs’ offense has also been terrible so it’s still a close game!
