Bills vs. Dolphins 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

The Bills have won four straight. Can they make it five against their AFC East rivals?

After starting the season with two consecutive losses, the Buffalo Bills have won four straight and head into Week 7 with plenty of momentum against the AFC East rival Miami Dolphins. Buffalo, now at 4-2, is trying to go on a five-game winning streak for the first time in over a decade.

Sunday’s game will be among the early slate, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET. The television broadcast will be carried by CBS, with the only option for streaming online available via a Sunday Ticket Online subscription.

After early-season stumbles against the Baltimore Ravens and New York Jets, the Bills do own some quality wins, though three of their four wins are over NFC West opponents. They’re coming off of a 45-point beatdown of the San Francisco 49ers, one of the worst teams in the league.

Before that, Tyrod Taylor and the Bills’ offense hung 30 points on Jeff Fisher’s Los Angeles Rams. The real quality wins came in Week 3 and Week 4, when they bested the Arizona Cardinals by a score of 33-18 and shut out the rival New England Patriots, 16-0.

They will play the Patriots again following their game against the Dolphins, and then have meetings with the Seattle Seahawks and Cincinnati Bengals. The schedule does not get easier for Rex Ryan’s team. This game against the Dolphins is one they are expected to win, and one they likely need to win if they’re to continue competing with New England, who now has Tom Brady back at the helm.

Taylor has looked good this season, completing 62.2 percent of his passes for 1,076 yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions. The Bills have allowed him to be sacked 13 times, but he’s held up quite well. The running game has been going great, with LeSean McCoy putting up 587 yards and six touchdowns, with a per-carry average of 5.6 yards.

Unfortunately, McCoy is dealing with a hamstring injury and will reportedly miss Sunday’s game. If he’s out, Mike Gillislee would get the start. He’s run well thus far, with 17 carries for 117 yards and two touchdowns. The team’s second-leading rusher is Taylor, who has 236 yards and a touchdown on the ground.

The Bills will be facing a Miami team that hasn’t fared well on defense this season. The Dolphins rank 27th in the league in yards allowed, and allow 22.3 points per game, ranking them 15th in the league. Buffalo’s offense doesn’t rank highly in yards, coming in at just 19th through six weeks, but the Bills come out in fourth in scoring with 27 points per game.

Miami is 2-4 on the season, but they’re coming off a big, dominant win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Their other win was over the winless Cleveland Browns. It’s worth noting, though, that other than a loss to the Tennessee Titans, the Dolphins have only lost to some of the top teams in the NFL: the Patriots, Seahawks and Bengals.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill hasn’t been as good as the team hoped and it might be about time for Miami to start thinking about a new franchise signal caller. Tannehill has completed 66 percent of his passes for 1,524 yards, but he’s thrown seven interceptions against six touchdowns. He’ll face a tough test in the Bills’ defense this week.
